1. Collocation of the apparatus: It should be perfectly set on the floor. It has two front legs with adjustable height. It is advisable to place the apparatus with a slight inclination as this favours a better posture.
2. Connect the remote control connecter to the electricity socket.
3. Plug the electric transformer into the remote control connecter.
4. Insert the connection plug of the adaptor into the hole at the front of the apparatus.
5. It is important to check that the voltage is correct.
6. Select the required operational speed:
7.5 V: Slow Speed: Ideal for elderly people or those who use Happylegs for treatment of injuries.
9 V: Normal Speed: recommendable for continuous machine use. This should produce a pleasant feeling of well-being.
12 V: Fast Speed: recommendable when use of the machine is for periods of less than an hour.
7. Happylegs has been designed for use whilst we remain seated. WE SHOULD NEVER STAND ON TOP OF THE MACHINE, as our weight would damage the internal operational mechanism. The machine has not been designed for this use for which there are other types of products in the market.
8. Always use the machine when seated. Place your feet upon the two footpads. You should be relaxed and should let the machine move your feet without making any effort.
9. In order to use Happylegs correctly and for security reasons, the instructions outlined above should be followed. The machine should not be submitted to pressure for which it is not prepared.
10. Cleaning and Maintenance. Happylegs does not require any kind of maintenance and has been conceived to be used continuously for long periods of time. In order to clean it, a dry cloth should be used when the equipment is switched off. Warning: Product connected to electric current, avoid any liquid spilling over Happylegs.
