Whenever possible we should heed the following
recommendations:
- Physical activity is always healthy
and will help us to combat tiredness,
boredom and being unfit. 30 minutes a
day can be enough to strengthen our heart.
Moreover it will help us to control our
weight, reduce cholesterol and to sleep
better.
- If you don’t have health problems
you can start doing exercise little by
little. If you have a health problem,
you should consult your doctor before
starting to practise exercise.
- Reduce level of Cholesterol. Eat food
that is healthy for the heart and avoid
fatty foods.
- Avoid being constipated.
- Keep physically active every day. Try
to maintain a healthy weight.
- Give up smoking.
